Deepa Shrotri is one of ClearEstate's most tenured estate professionals, having been part of the team since January 2022. She holds the Estate and Trust Administration (ETA) c from the Canadian Securities Institute — a recognized Canadian credential specific to the administration of estates and trusts — alongside the Canadian Investment Funds Operations Course (CIFOC) from the IFSE Institute and an MBA from the University of Pune.

Deepa's career in financial services spans two continents and more than 15 years. In India, she held senior roles at HDFC Bank, Bank of Baroda, and ABN AMRO Bank, building expertise in banking operations, credit analysis, and client relationship management. After relocating to Canada, she joined CIBC and subsequently Scotiabank, where she specialized in estate settlement — working directly with families navigating the administration of an estate at one of Canada's largest financial institutions. Her impact at Scotiabank was recognized with the bank's prestigious Best of the Best Award (2023), a reflection of the measurable difference she made for clients during some of the most difficult moments of their lives.
