ClearEstate, an estate planning and settlement startup, is thrilled to announce that it has been approved as an authorized participant in the Access to Innovation (A2I) program, hosted by the Law Society of Ontario (LSO). ClearEstate is determined to provide clients with web-based estate administration and planning services that are fully compliant with Ontario’s provincial legislation, operating in a manner that protects clients.

Technological advancement in the legal sector is accelerating rapidly with the adoption of digital and online tools. The A2I program is open to any kind of provider that is spearheading innovative legal services via these technological or online platforms.

With so many Ontarians facing legal challenges every single day, the A2I program instills confidence in accessing secure online legal resources. By automating tasks and efficiently capturing and processing data, ClearEstate’s innovative state-of-the-art online platform creates efficiencies resulting in affordable estate planning and settlement services accessible to families across Ontario. Participation in the A2I program confirms ClearEstate’s commitment to comply with rigorous data security standards as well as compliance with Ontario law, further demonstrating their dedication to provide Ontarian families with transparent and compassionate care.

"As our company grows, it’s clear we owe our success to our clients. As an A2I participant, ClearEstate can further explore innovative and tech-enabled solutions in our clients’ best interest.
Our goal has always been to prove our dedication to the families we serve, to inform and empower those struggling with a loss, and to remain an ethical and innovative provider of estate planning and settlement services to those families. We hope that this program allows our clients to see our commitment and dedication to them. Their best interest is at the forefront of every choice we make. It’s challenging to navigate legal processes, and we are committed to helping families, every step of the way.
At ClearEstate, we take every opportunity to help Ontarians obtain answers to routine questions, and navigate legal processes–always with a combined approach of advanced technology and human support to help them understand what it all means. With this partnership, we’re excited to make that even more transparent."
