For the last seven years, Pascal has been the SVP of Engineering at TapClicks. When he was first brought on as the first engineer, he helped build the product to maturity and grow R&D to a 150 person workforce. As a leader in product and engineering, he has played a key role in multiple acquisitions and revenue growth from $1M to $150M.
